Collection Methods and Information Use

Log Files

MailVilla™ logs system information from visitors to address the ever changing requirements technically to provide our clients and visitors with the best possible experience. This information includes, IP Address, Browser Version, and other non-personal identifiable information.

Sharing

At times we will share non-personal information with our clients and or partners. All shared information is non-personal and will not link to any individual and or break any proprietary information clauses or break any privacy claims by either MailVilla™ or its clients or the individuals that the information was collected from.

Surveys

To insure we are always providing the best possible customer service or technology to our clients we may conduct surveys about our services or about industry specific topics. In no way will this information without the permission of the client or individual that the information was received from will it be traded, sold or given out to a third-party.

Cookies or Web Beacons

Client-side cookies are used to keep login-information for our clients within our services linked to our public site. Web Beacons may be used in emails sent from our clients through our service to track and measure the success of a particular marketing campaign. In no way do client-side cookies link to personal identifiable information.

Client Customer Data

Our system allows clients to keep their customer's private information and buying habits on MailVilla™ servers. This data may or may-not be personal identifiable information. However each client's data is kept securely separate from all MailVilla™ clients and can only be accessed by the client in which provided the information and the employees that need to deal with the clients accounts. All MailVilla™ employees sign a comprehensive nondisclosure agreement and only those employees can access the information on a need-to-know basis. All information is protected by leading edge technology and security processes are in place to insure the privacy of all clients customer's data.

Clients of MailVilla™ will place email address and personal data and or content on the MailVilla™ servers. MailVilla™ does not monitor content or review this information nor can other clients that did not add this information. MailVilla™ servers use the content to construct email messages and the data provided to deliver electronic messages. MailVilla™ will not use client-provided content or data for any purpose whatsoever other than to construct and send messages as intended by the client providing the data and or content. Email addresses and or data will never be used by MailVilla™ for solicitation nor will they ever be provided to any third party or be accessible through MailVilla™ by any user or client other than the client providing the data unless to the discretion of the policies laid out below under the title Disclosure of Information.

MailVilla™ will only disclose your Information or "Data" (as defined collectively above under the topic The Collection and Use of Information), the contents of your private communications, or the contact information of your recipients if required to do so by law, or as otherwise stated in this Statement, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on MailVilla™; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of MailVilla™ and others, including among other things to enforce our Terms of Service and or Anti-Spam Policy; (3) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of its members or the public; (4) to correct technical problems and malfunctions in how we provide our service to you and to technically process your information; (5) to take precautions against liability; (6) to respond to claims that information you have submitted to MailVilla™ has violated the rights or interests of a third party; or (7) as permitted by law or to provide information to law enforcement agencies. It is possible that as we continue to develop our services and business model, MailVilla™ may be acquired. In such a transaction, customer information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. Users will be notified via email prominent notice on our Web site for 30 days prior to a change of ownership or control of their personal information. If as a result of the business transition, the users' personally identifiable information will be used in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection they will be given choice consistent with our notification of changes section.

MailVilla™ services and web-site may contain third-party sites and in no way is MailVilla™ responsible for the activities and or privacy practices of such third-party sites.

As described above throughout each section of this privacy policy third-party companies which means MailVilla™ clients may collect information on you for purposes pertaining to their business needs. The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our clients and their customers is of utmost concern to us. We exercise great care in providing secure transmission of information, and utilizing encryption software. We store the information in a database in a secure environment at a highly secure Data Center.

Only those employees who need access to your information in order to do their jobs are allowed access, each having signed comprehensive nondisclosure agreements, which provide explicit legal confidentiality protections. Any employee who violates our privacy and/or security policies is subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution.
